At i3.co.nz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please read the following return policy carefully.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Timeframe: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged goods.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If a fault occurs:
    • We will troubleshoot the issue first.
    • The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

🔄 Incorrect or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the item has been inspected and confirmed as DOA or incorrect.

📦 How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at sales@i3.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Ship the product to the address provided (freight at your cost unless faulty or incorrect).
  4. Allow up to 7 working days for processing after we receive the item.

❗ Important Notes

  • Returns without an approved RMA may be rejected.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping damage – please package items securely.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Products used in commercial environments must be assessed case-by-case.
